For me, security is not merely a profession, but a vocation. I firmly believe that security should serve business — not the other way around. A well-designed security system does not hinder operations; instead, it enables seamless, sustainable growth and long-term stability.
Professional Background: Architect of Strategic Calm
With more than 15 years of experience, I have proven myself across a wide range of fields within security engineering and occupational safety. I began my career at the Disaster Management Authority, where I learned to make calm, decisive leadership decisions even under extreme conditions.
- In recent years, I have applied this expertise within the corporate sector. As an ESH Manager, I did not merely develop theoretical policies, but delivered measurable results:
- Significantly reduced accident rates and operational costs by developing and implementing consistent safety strategies, and by building a strong safety-oriented corporate culture.
- Demonstrably minimized material losses by completely redesigning asset protection systems and processes.
Successfully implemented and audited complex management systems, including TISAX, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

- Specialized Expertise: Comprehensive radiation protection knowledge and certified ADR (Dangerous Goods Transport) Safety Advisor.
- Future Focus: Currently acting as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and soon to take on the role of an ESG Consultant.
As I work professionally in English, I provide full-scale support in international environments and in cooperation with multinational parent companies.
